Shipping
All orders ship from our Ottawa, Ontario store or warehouse. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of being placed.
Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order. Please place separate orders for items that require shipping to more than one location.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information when your order has been submitted to Canada Post or UPS. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at StrokedEgo.ca and visiting your Order History. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be fully activated on the Canada Post or UPS websites.
Canadian Orders:
Shipping options and prices will automatically calculate at checkout based on the items and weight of your order.

United States Orders:
Shipping options and prices will automatically calculate at checkout based on the items and the weight of your order. Stroked Ego is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or duties which may be charged based on your state as these are not added to our retail pricing.

International Orders:
Stroked Ego ships direct to the following countries and territories: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates & the United Kingdom. Shipping options and prices will automatically calculate at checkout based on the items and the weight of your order. Stroked Ego is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or duties which may be charged based on your state as these are not added to our retail pricing.
For international orders outside of these regions please email us at Sales@StrokedEgo.ca and we will arrange payment and shipping with a payment link sent directly to your email via our International Shipping Partner - Square. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local laws and regulations.
In Store Pick Up
For orders with in store pick up you will receive an email when your order is prepared. During opening hours we aim to have any in-store pick up orders prepared within 2 hours of them being placed.
