Shipping :
All orders ship from our Ottawa, Ontario store or warehouse. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of being placed.
Multiple Addresses :
You may only ship to one address per order. Please place separate orders for items that require shipping to more than one location.
Canadian Orders :
Shipping options and prices will automatically calculate at checkout based on the items and weight of your order.
Free shipping on orders over $150 to all 10 Provinces
Free shipping on orders over $150 to all Canadian Territories
United States Orders :
🚨 Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers 🚨
As of August 29, 2025, the United States has officially ended the duty-free de minimis threshold. This change means that many imported goods under $800 USD are now subject to tariffs and import duties.
Unfortunately, these constantly changing tariffs cannot currently be collected by our shipping partners, which makes it impossible for us to process and deliver U.S. orders at this time.
Because of this, we are temporarily pausing all U.S. shipments and orders until a permeant trade agreement is back in place.
We know this is frustrating, your support means the world to us, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we’re able to resume U.S. service.

International Orders :
Stroked Ego ships direct to the following countries and territories: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates & the United Kingdom. Shipping options and prices will automatically calculate at checkout based on the items and the weight of your order. Stroked Ego is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or duties which may be charged based on your state as these are not added to our retail pricing.
For international orders outside of these regions please email us at Sales@StrokedEgo.ca and we will arrange payment and shipping with a payment link sent directly to your email via our International Shipping Partner - Square. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local laws and regulations.
In Store Pick Up :
For orders with in store pick up you will receive an email when your order is prepared. During opening hours we aim to have any in-store pick up orders prepared within 2 hours of them being placed.
